All that snow and not even a single yeti! Not even a yuki-onna?! I mean come on, this is the perfect chance for an interesting experiment and it's not even used?!

Oi! Oi! Did anyone see either of those? Maybe Jack Frost? I mean there was a Jack O'Lantern a while back, so there should be something like this for payback for all this stupid snow...

Rena! Where the hell're you? [A pause, and then someone might hear Shiki whine-yelling something in the background. And then Haruki groans audibly before he tags on, as an afterthought-] Neku, you too. How's things there?

[and then there's a chirp from Sekai in the background and he closes his journal]

...yeah, that'd be him. I'd ask what you think of him, but I can already sorta guess. [Sitting on the floor now and trying to get Sekai's attention]

[Sekai responds. And walks on over there. He's actually... getting kinda large now. Despite only being a cockerel - and thus not full-grown - he's already getting to be close to what an average person might think is a small full grown chicken size]

He knocked my karaoke in the hotel.

[Once he gets over there, she'll pat him on the head. Good cockerel, you're in Shiki's good graces right now thanks to Joshua.

Sekai, meanwhile, is going to look up at Shiki, and then look over at Haruki, and then back up at Shiki, content to be silent for now]

Yeah well, he sort of mocks everything. [Which is true, Joshua's sort of just a prick like that sometimes. Still patting Sekai on the head though. Man it'd be so much better if he were a cat.]

[Chickens are better, okay! And where's Mr. Mew in all this anyway? regardless, Haruki waves a hand dismissively]

Anyway, why's that guy matter?

[Eh, unless I state otherwise I've always assumed Mr. Mew's just in her arms like usual. So right now he's probably in her lap, and if Sekai tries to peck at him, Shiki will punch him in the beak]

I guess he doesn't, other than the fact he's always there.

[Which is only said here to make him asking Neku too that much funner. Sekai at this point looks up at Haruki. What are these "balls" he keeps talking about? He doesn't say anything though... yet]

[Sekai looks around... and then seems to shrug before going to peck at the ground before...

[and Sekai stumbles back at bit, chirping incoherently. Haruki immediately rushes in to save him...!]

[Don't mind Shiki, she's just getting up and cradling Mr. Mew to her chest and stomping off. Stupid Sekai. Stupid Haruki. Stupid Joshua.]
