Seventy-Ninth Explosion

[Voice]

All that snow and not even a single yeti! Not even a yuki-onna?! I mean come on, this is the perfect chance for an interesting experiment and it's not even used?!

Oi! Oi! Did anyone see either of those? Maybe Jack Frost? I mean there was a Jack O'Lantern a while back, so there should be something like this for payback for all this stupid snow...

Rena! Where the hell're you? [A pause, and then someone might hear Shiki whine-yelling something in the background. And then Haruki groans audibly before he tags on, as an afterthought-] Neku, you too. How's things there?

SOS-Brigade, report! Statuses, now!

[and then there's a chirp from Sekai in the background and he closes his journal]

Oh, I do like how you think. I've never given that any thought before.

Yeah, yeah. It's a logical conclusion, but that's kinda basic... so maybe it's a magic one. Yeah, a magic-mutation...
folklorist: (Never seen anything like it)

A magic mutation? That would explain a lot. Bending the laws of reality to make anomalies like vampires. I don't know if it is that though, albeit it's a very interesting take on it.

Yeah, I guess so...

[...]

Oi. Who're you anyway? 'M Haruki, chief of the SOS-Brigade.

Oh! Helios Sprensonne it's been a delight talking to you Haruki. SOS-Brigade? My you must be busy running your own brigade like that.

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2010-01-15 03:18 am (UTC)(link)
It is! But it's worth it because the infamous SOS-Brigade is the greatest club of all time.

[ He is amused. You crazy kids, you. ]

And what does this brigade of yours do?

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2010-01-15 05:31 am (UTC)(link)
Discover the mysteries there are to be found in all worlds to ensure that everyone lives a worthwhile and fun life.

Oh? That sounds like a marvelous club you have there. I must say I do approve.

Damn straight! Best ever, like I said.

[Sage nod]
folklorist: (Peaceful: You wanted to talk?)

[ He laughs. Oh you kids and your thinking. ]

I think it's an admirable thing to do. At least for people here who might be feeling the effects of homesickness.
