[In the likely empty (what with having no manager left to it) Seventh Heaven on this fine day is a boy that many people know and have many varied opinions of. He seems to be in tip-top shape, no injuries or anything, right? His face is distant, however. He looks around the place and then down at the book on the table. He opens it briefly, but then sighs, angered, closes it, and drops it on the floor. He stands, considering leaving there... but then shakes his head again

He also wipes his eyes. He totally just had something in them, not anything else.

Eventually, the boy settles for just sitting down at one of the random tables. not sure he wants to face what he knows must be unchanged, despite his wishes and efforts to the contrary. Not sure he wants to see everyone again because, well... well whatever.

Naturally, this means people can see him or ought to see him. He does settle at a table near one of the front windows after all]

[Usagi steps into Seventh Heaven, probably to grab more delicious food, and approaches the counter. She leans over it and rings the bell, but when no one comes, she huffs and turns around. To the bakery it is.

Except she spots Haruki. All thoughts of food are gone, and she smiles widely; she's glad to see you, Chief.]

[...Usagi. Haruki spots her before she spots him, but he makes no movement to try to make himself known to her. In fact, he's not sure what to feel right now. He settles for something of a detached stare bordering on a glare. Should be be relieved or sad or angry? He doesn't know. He doesn't know at all.]

[Yuzu has arrived looking for food. Even with the advent of microwaves making it much easier for her to prepare things, she much preferred getting real stuff cooked for her. Unfortunately, all she stumbles across is her loser brigade chief.]

[Guy's just passing on his way to Good Spirits when he sees a familiar figure through the window, at just a glance.

He doubles back and immediately wrenches open the door.]

[But then when he sees Guy he finds himself reacting too in spite of himself. He blinks and then smiles quite unbidden, finding himself oddly relieved at the guy's presence here]

[Leon's toting a bag of groceries on his way to the item store and back to the house. Now that it's just him and Rena, he's trying to be more helpful by doing some chores and such.

Of course, along the way, he has to pass the Seventh Heaven, and he stops when he sees something in the window. He has to do a double-take, since the strange "experiment" going on lately has him seeing and hearing things. His parents. Claude's voice. Claude's mom's voice. Precis.

[ Chie looked into Seventh Heaven today, hoping to collar Minato or someone else so she could have steak without any raised eyebrows, but spotting Haruki in the restaurant was the very least she was expecting and the thought of consuming an entire steak is forgotten... momentarily. It is Chie, after all. ]

[Vash got hungry on his daily wanderings and thought Seventh Heaven would be the perfect place for a meal. Wasn't really expecting it to be empty. Or to see Haruki of all people.] Boss! You're back! Are you alright?

Huh? [...Oh right Broom. He blinks before shaking his head and smiling] Yeah? Yeah I'm fine.

[Well, considering he's by the window and all, Shiki happens to notice that familiar head of dark hair out of the corner of her eye as she's heading out of the center of the village. Well, a little detour wouldn't hurt, right? She turns then and heads inside Seventh Heaven, not bothering to say anything as she sits in a chair opposite of him and waits. Judging by the fact he hadn't bothered announcing his arrival back? Shiki's going to take a stab in the dark and assume something's off.]

[...Whoa this look. He's seen this look before, he thinks. He's having trouble remembering quite where but his pushes at the tip of his mind. Thus, he enters a flat stare with the girl across from him. Maybe he's trying to recognize her? Or maybe he's just thinking about something unrelated]

[And Taichi's entering Seventh Heaven in search of food, because Ammy ate the cookies he had on his person. However he stops short of the counter and pulls a u-turn, practically bounding up to the Brigade leader.]

[He was just randomly passing by when he got a glimpse of Haruki. However, since technically he's not supposed to know him, he didn't stop and instead feigned to be circling around before he entered the Seventh Heaven as casually as possible. It's a place to hang around like any other after all.

Luki, personally, has divided feelings regarding this man. On one part he despises him, as he knows he's the one who ordered Luka to go Dominatrix mode on Adell. And Luki doesn't like it when those things happen, even if he knows that the fact that it was with Adell was probably the best scenario possible ever. On the other part... This is Master Haruki, KAITO's master and... Well, let's say all of Luka's personalities are quite set in that this man can make possible anything.

But it seems that his presence alone won't shake Luka at all. So Luki ends sitting nearby and sulking to himself. He was almost sure that Luka would take over as soon as Haruki returned, he should have supposed that if Usopp and Adell didn't get her out Haruki being there wouldn't matter much.]

[...That guy over this is suspicious. For one, he's got pink hair and Haruki has decided randomly that this is always suspicious, but aside from that they "casually" walked in after cycling past the place initially. Mm. He'll keep up with staring for a while because there's clearly something going on here]
