People who have experienced something mysterious in the past, have experienced something mysterious recently, or who plan on a mysterious experience in the near future should come to the SOS Brigade for them be solved! This offer stands open to any of you! It is impossible to miss out HQ in the square of town, so step forward there if you have such a mystery for us to look into! After all, such a think is necessary in order to ensure that people live a worthwhile life.

Besides this, after seeing out operations I'm sure that many of you are eager to join up, right?! Well, those of you are are, please step forward now! This includes any that saw the fliers, any who desire a greater point in existence, and you too Garnet! Speak up!

[Anyway we know Shion in the final world, so it's all ok. Though now that I think of it, wasn't Shion less stable than Rena even? Maybe I should tell him after all, in case she ever returns.]

Anyway, as I was saying Rena's from a world where she did know Shion, if that counts for anything.

Uhm... I think Rena has always known Shion actually, because Rena was from Hinamizawa all along and just moved away and back later on. Probably knew her from before, I'm not really sure thought.

But Satoko, for example, and me... In some worlds we never saw Shion. When I met her I even thought it was just Mion showing a side that she didn't show often. And in those worlds normally she ended killing us all... Mion or Shion.

I'm not sure who did it, but knowing that Shion's state was quite serious maybe I was wrong back then thinking it was Mion the one who killed us.

Right, right. So basically, that's not valuable information.

[Until you told me about what Hanyuu did I just thought they were nightmares... And it was driving me crazy with worry.]

I suppose not, unless Shion shows up again here. And it would depend on which Shion it is, if she was one on good terms with Satoko I think it would be safe.

What do you know about Rena exactly? Family situation and such.

Did you know she has been having outbreaks of the syndrome since long ago?

Yeah, Rika's said something to that effect before. But with you guys, that's not uncommon, ainnit?

I'll let you know that I haven't had any outbreaks, except in previous cycles. And remembering them, or the important parts, helps me keep my mind clear, at least so far.

[Not that you care much anyway.]

Anyway, Rena is one of the people in Hinamizawa in critical condition, and the only one who doesn't really need the medication to get back her senses. The other two that I know were Shion and Satoko.

[I can't remember even a bit of a world in which Mion had an outbreak... Well, there are some but I think that was actually Shion feigning being Mion.]

But right, that's good to hear that you're able to keep yourself in check there, Keiichi.

Uh, I think I would be more worried if Satoko was the one here. Without the medication she is just... Unable to be saved. But then again Satoko is the passive type, Rena, Shion and me, however...

It's ironic how much good it does to have flashes of horrible events when you're on the verge to make a wrong decision. It's a good slap of cold water in the face.

[I won't say I'm entirely stable thought. I'm the first one that knows that, but I also know my triggers and they are hard to be pulled here. At least in theory.]
