Twenty-First Explosion

[Haruki can't see any ghosts. This bugs him, and it bugs him so much that he's instead gone headfirst and strongly into the preparations for his proposed festival. The fact the whole of the population are being suicidal or insane or whatever is cool and all, but it's boring and he might as well give them something fun to do when they come back to their senses.
...Plus his brigaders are being useless right now. There's some lights strung up by Bunny and Al, but Kotori got kidnapped or something by a weird gay guy, and McKura and Tetsu should be making that stage but he's not sure he trusts them.
So right now, Haruki going all over the village, setting up lights, planing pumpkins, collecting costumes form shops, and eventually finding pieces of wood and starting construction on little stands for things. He also might go out to the (southern, smaller) lake to catch some fish for some makeshift goldfish catching. He'll be doing all these various tasks for a while, so if you want to bump into him, feel free! Just say where it is and we can go from there
EDIT: Timeline wise, I'm assuming this is before his conflict with Kamui, though if you want it to be after, please specify and I'll make not of his injuries from it.]
