Spreading Excitement all Over the World with Haruki Suzumiya Brigade
Or SOS-Brigade for short.

The SOS-Brigade is looking for mysteries of the world. People who have experienced something mysterious in the past, have experienced something mysterious recently, or who plan on a mysterious experience in the near future should come to the SOS Brigade for them be solved.

That said, we only accept mysteries that are notable in nature, and reserve the right to reject your request at any time if it doesn't prove interesting enough. We also work to support the idea of there being excitement and fun even to be found in a world such as this, were jerkoff aliens seem to enjoy being annoying voyeurs. Additionally, we work with all our might to make depressing or boring people less of either.

We will make sure all of Luceti leads a fun and interesting life! An SOS on your boredom!

If you want to join, then please stop by the SOS-Headquarters in town (the one which has a huge sign advertising us on it) at any and all times! If I'm not there, Yoohoo or Rena will be. If they aren't, Atsuro will be. If they aren't, Rika will be. Hanyuu'll probably also be there.

[VOICE again]

Oi! Hermione! Get one over here and help take care of Sekai! Jeez. I'm sick of keeping track of this kid at home by myself! [Ignoring that Hermione has probably been doing just as much if not more for the egg. Haruki merely wants to keep both 'parents' together for sentimental reasons.]

Also! SOS-Brigade! We're going to be putting on a play - that same one - after Halloween and this time no delays what-so-ever! Expect your scripts at the meeting tomorrow unless you're an usher!

[I'll be putting up an OOC post with info on that... later]

[This part is actually written off to the side of the current member list in the SOS-Brigade part. However, it's been crossed-out. Due to what Haruki was crossing out with, he thinks it's illegible, but on everyone else's journal it show show up as being just a few lines through them and while a bit hard to read, not overly hard if you try]

Yeah well, you guys are long dead by my time, obviously.

Obviously. Still, not pleasant to think about is it? When we're all dead.

Yeah, yes, but it's like a few hundred years in the future. Failing alien abductions, alternate timelines, robots, or alternate dimensions everyone would be dead.

[Laughing]

Oh, Haruki-kun. You certainly have an interesting imagination.

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:06 am (UTC)(link)
Imagination nothing! This place is solid proof that all of those are real!

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:07 am (UTC)(link)
Well, in a way, I suppose so. But I haven't met any aliens yet.

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:20 am (UTC)(link)
There's a bunch of people not from Earth. Even if they're humans, they're still aliens.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:21 am (UTC)(link)
...oh.

What about angels then? Are they aliens, too?

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:29 am (UTC)(link)
But they're not from Earth, right? All these different types of people are quite confusing.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 08:33 am (UTC)(link)
Yes! She's very cute. Oh! And one sort-of-angel.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 01:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, she's not an angel like Kohaku-chan's an angel, but she said she received her powers from something like angels, so she's a sort-of-angel!

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:18 pm (UTC)(link)
What kinda angel is named Kohaku? That's almost as stupid a Ryuuki.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:19 pm (UTC)(link)
A very cute angel. She's really quite adorable.

Ryuuki? Was there an angel named that?

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:29 pm (UTC)(link)
There was some dumbass that claimed to be an angel named that here who then said he'd burn me for me pointing out that "Ryuuki" is a really stupid name for an angel. Dunno if he's still here.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Well...you know it isn't nice to tell people their names are stupid. I know I'd be rather upset, at least.

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Your name isn't stupid though. It makes perfect sense for someone like you. The point of a name is to suit the individual!

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 02:53 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, thank you for saying that.

But maybe their names suit them from where they're from?

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 03:03 pm (UTC)(link)
A name should be a universal message like flowers, sake, or money!

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 03:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh? What is Haruki-kun's name a message of?

Voice

[identity profile] god-is-a-dude.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 03:20 pm (UTC)(link)
[...Dammit this is where I wish I could look up the kanji in it. None of the novels ever get into it. Oh well-]

Something amazing, obviously. Strength and solidarity.

Voice

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-19 03:21 pm (UTC)(link)
That's a very good name, indeed.
