[This is Haruki standing outside his house with a determined and annoyed look in his face. His outfit is more or less a T-shirt with shorts. Something simple for a fight. He'd gotten in one or two brawls before, but he was mostly working solely on ego and he knew it. Plus that dude was a hero or something, clearly. Still, doesn't mean he wasn't going to totally try to whoop Senel's ass.

It's just weird, but I guess not. I just thought it's possible that might cut of circulation or hurt the jewels or something. [Yeah, even though he may or may not get his ass whooped -- this is with some magical dude who sounds like an RPG hero or something from back when he was a little kid. This is exciting.]

Look, are we going to talk or fight? [He's trying to force himself not to argue with the kid. He'll be able to vent his frustration in another minute, anyway.]

Let's see your spirit! [And with that, Haruki puts up his fists... and waits for Senel to go in for the first move. If he's at the disadvantage, he might as well give himself a chance to react first, right?]

[And Senel barely gives him time to put up the fists before he darts in in quickly, aiming the first punch square for Haruki's jaw- he wants this over with.]

[Fortunately for Haruki, he is a good athlete, and that's the oldest trick ever. Senny's way too fast for him to properly evade, so he both puts a hand out to try to catch the punch and ducks a little. That catching hand feels like OUCH, but with the other he'll be attempting a lame jab]

[Senel twists to the side so the jab mostly misses him, then, yanking his fist back from Haruki's hold, turns the movement into a roundhouse kick. Watch out...]

[Well shit. That makes Haruki keel to the ground, winded, and sends him crushing down sideways. He grunts there though, and though he's clearly hurting and breathing heavy, he stands after that and throws out two more punches for Senny. That's a scowl on his face, but his heart is soaring]

[Senel is actually surprised Haruki could get up after that, and the first punch gets through his block with a decent amount of force behind it. He ignores the sting, though; he's used to fighting on with much worse injuries. The second punch is quickly blocked and countered with a punch of his own.]

[That one lands him in a gut, shit. His keels over at that, and grits his teeth. Any normal high schooler who wasn't some punk would totally be out now, but Haruki is the beat athlete in hi school and too damn stubborn to give in like that. He tries to stand again, and tries to put a fist together again. He's say something cocky, but he's kinda winded now.]

[Senel decides it's time to end this before Haruki actually gets hurt. He could just go for another kick, but since Senny is a guy, and this whole fight is about posturing in the first place... his hands start to glow blue.]

Beast!

[Due to Luceti, the eres has much less force behind it than it would normally, but Senel's shoulder rams towards Haruki, aided by a ghostly outline of a lion's head. The usual effect of this attack is to knock the enemy down...]

[But in this case, Haruki is barely standing anyway, so he goes flying back a foot or two before landing with a loud thud on his back. Lawrd, that smarts. Still, after coughing for a bit, he gets himself to sit up, bleeding a bit from his mouth (he bit his tongue) and his nose. Other than this he's just bruised. Still, he's got a stupdily wide grin on his face]

[Senel stands a few feet away, arms crossed and watching Haruki] You're still talking like that?

[Ooooh that hurts. Cough and cleaning some blood off his lips] You're still got white hair and that scowling "Oh I'm so mature" look on your face. Got manly spirit abound though.. guess that's a plus. [A strained laugh here] Besides, you used magic. T-that was awesome!

You told me that already. It's still magic -- I mean you made a ghostly lion thing appear to beat the snot of out me! [Hack. cough. Do not talk so loud when you're semi-winded] Still, even aside from that I only got one hit in. Jeez, I figured I'd loose, but that was bad.
