[Naturally a bit forward-dating /kicks off event

Hi Luceti? You know how it's morning right now? Maybe like... five in the morning, tops, right now? Well, unfortunately, you sleep is going to be rudely interrupted by a loud and surprisingly deep CAAAAAAWWW coming from House 10. It echoes across a pretty wide area of the village, given it's size. Albeit probably mostly for people on the North end.

One such person awakened by this cry is Haruki Suzumiya, who immediately goes upstairs to find his beloved pet, Sekai (who is now a full-grown rooster and due to his breed the size of a small turkey after being alive a whole year) and then lead him outside. Because he's half-sleep, he doesn't realize what he's wearing... at first. But then, when he walks out the door he is wearing nothing so much as (badly made) stereotypical God costume (think this) complete with a fake beard.

It's also at this point that he notices that the town looks a little different than before. Looking down at Sekai, he sighs, goes back in and gets his journal, ahd flips it open before settling on the porch with his chicken.]

[Voice]

The Organization strikes for Halloween... again. [And following this, he starts to hum the first song that comes to mind; namely "This is Halloween"]

Just seems a bit weird they'd do somethin' so small when they've gone so large-scale in the past.

Converting the whole town into some themed place isn't good enough for you?

[He mocks Haruki's tone from before.] "Be thankful it's pretty tame!" So you sayin' this ain't minor now?

C'Thun needs to make it back here already!

Why does no one know about him?! Seriously?! He was an important event in Luceti's history?!

[He inhales, and the rest of this comes out in two, maybe three breaths]

C'Thun was an alien officer of a law enforcement agency which was investigating this planet and the Malnosso scientists on it after being summoned by a beacon that someone - namely me - set up here in Luceti. After bombarding the planet for the better part of a week and still not piercing the barrier their efforts allowed for a progressive Shift to make one probe enter into the containment area and a brave deputy named C'Thun strode out of the alien ship! He set out making an investigation of the space inside the barrier, valiantly staying a whole day despite the fact that he couldn't breathe the air here! When he left, he promised that he would come back and work to bust us all out!

[EXHALE.]

...Oh and he was like fifty feet tall and looked like a squid.

...So he was a giant squid monster.

He was plenty more than that! Didn't you listen at all?!

You ramble on too needlessly! All you needed to say was that he was a giant alien squid monster that popped up inside the barrier and talked about freeing everyone before leaving!

He was a dignified being!

So did he tromp through the village? Knock down any buildings? Grab unsuspecting villagers with his tentacles and sentence them to a certain doom?!

Yes, yes, and no, of course not.

Damn. That's kinda disappointing. Didn't even grab someone 'cause they pissed him off?

Oi! He was a law enforcer; give him some credit.

Doesn't mean he can't use force!

Who likes force-cops?

Law enforcers who're all about taking action and getting things done are pretty popular in films, y'know.

Only with the audience. In the movie's world itself usually people don't like'em one bit.

Not true! When he's the main hero, he always gets his girl!

Getting tail's different from public opinion.

Still, it's not really about whether people like 'em or not. It's about bein' the big damn hero and savin' the day! You think people would complain if C'Thun actually came back and freed everyone even though he was a bit of a hardass?

...Point. Okay, I'll give you that.

Well, at least he caused some destruction. I'dve been very disappointed if he was just some nice, pacifistic giant alien squid monster!

He completely demolished All Passions. It was a mistake though.
