[Naturally a bit forward-dating /kicks off event

Hi Luceti? You know how it's morning right now? Maybe like... five in the morning, tops, right now? Well, unfortunately, you sleep is going to be rudely interrupted by a loud and surprisingly deep CAAAAAAWWW coming from House 10. It echoes across a pretty wide area of the village, given it's size. Albeit probably mostly for people on the North end.

One such person awakened by this cry is Haruki Suzumiya, who immediately goes upstairs to find his beloved pet, Sekai (who is now a full-grown rooster and due to his breed the size of a small turkey after being alive a whole year) and then lead him outside. Because he's half-sleep, he doesn't realize what he's wearing... at first. But then, when he walks out the door he is wearing nothing so much as (badly made) stereotypical God costume (think this) complete with a fake beard.

It's also at this point that he notices that the town looks a little different than before. Looking down at Sekai, he sighs, goes back in and gets his journal, ahd flips it open before settling on the porch with his chicken.]

The Organization strikes for Halloween... again. [And following this, he starts to hum the first song that comes to mind; namely "This is Halloween"]

[And this? This is a Shiki bolting upright from sleeping and suddenly yelling at the top of her lungs.] SEKAI! SHUT UP ALREADY!

[Yeah well he does. But do be fair that's because Haruki went and got him to be quiet because he suspected Shiki would yell. ...It seems he was right]

[God Shiki you're as loud as the chicken. Neku is just going to roll AWAY from her and cover his head with his pillow.]

Would you both be quiet?

[Just for that, Neku, you get a huff before Shiki reaches for the journal.]

Haruki. What the hell did you do to him? [Because Shiki likes to jump to conclusions and assume that since it's Haruki's pet, this is probably Haruki's fault.]

[Haruki actually has his journal in hand by now, because he's gotten Sekai downstairs by the time he answers. Forgoing answering on that though, he just calls from the main room]

He just was cawing! Cawing! It's about time he started to do that regularly!

...he's going to keep doing that?

...please don't turn him into nuggets, Neku. Pretty sure Haruki would be really pissed.

Of course he is! It's what roosters do, you know!

[Groan. Nuggets sound really good right about now.]

[Sigh.] Does he have to do it in the house though? Do you know what time it is?
