Yeah, that's right. Not used to too many people being familiar with them, aside from the freaks like that Paru chick.

Course not! The sweet-looking ones should have sweet personalities to match! The sexy ones have seductive personalities! You know, they can really sell what they have going for them! But if the girl's got a poisonous personality, then who wants to pay attention to them? You aren't gonna touch a rose if it's covered in thorns, right? Kinda like that.

Roses are always covered in thorns, idiot. That's why they're a favored flower, because you need to dig past that. Besides, Paru's less of a rose and more of a venus fly trap, which I guess has a beauty onto itself.

I'd say she's probably more like a cactus. Looks interesting but when you get close, you realize she's not all that appealing. Probably has something worthwhile deep inside her, too, but who wants to talk to her and find out?

If she was a venus fly trap, that'd at least imply she had some trait that could ensnare you, right?

Like she doesn't? You just admitted she was cute. That's pretty much beside the point anyway. Who cares about the appeal of Paru anyway?

Cuteness is a nice start, but there are plenty of cute girls here, so it's not like she particularly stands out in that department. (There's intelligent, and then there's obnoxious. She 's definitely more the latter.) ...Yeah, good point. She's just a pain, either way.
