I didn't hear anything about someone keeping it open ... Mii, maybe the owner's friends are still looking for someone to do that. [Total guess, but it sounds better than "Oh that place is doomed, lol".]

It better. S'only decent food place around here. Jeez.

Fine, then we're meeting at the clubhouse!

Alright, I'll bring some sandwiches! Niipaa~!

[GOOD so now he's going to hang out at the place. Sitting in his usual chair at the end of the table and staring out the big window he had Walter install there.

...He's shirtless.]

[Wonderful :| He'll catch a chill like that if he's not careful. But anyway, here comes Rika with a small basket full of sandwiches (all cut in half with the crusts removed and all that). Once she's in the place, she smiles a little and calls out to him before walking over to where he's sitting and placing the basket on the table.]

[Shirtless and with some cuts on his chest there. Including one large one on his left pec which looks stitched up. As for the rest of him, he looks unblemished, largely. Well, aside from hs right hand, which is bruised and damaged and cut and stuff, presumably from punching things.

At least his pants are in tact aside from being ripped. And his muscles on his chest are so solid]

Hoy there, Rika. Good going.

[SANDWICH, INSTANTLY MEET MOUTH. om nom nom nom nom]

[She really doesn't care, man. Except for the injuries. That gets a once over. But all in all, he seems to be alright. Good stuff there.]

Mii, it was no problem!

[She'll wait for him to have a sandwich or two before pelting him with her question.]

[...Fine be that way. Hag. Oh well, and there's sandwich two and then he puts two aside 'cus he said he'd bring Shiki something later]

'Course.

[She will 8| But yeah, now that he's had something to eat, she might as well get to her point.]

... Were you able to see Rena?

I said I would. 'Course I did.

How was she? What sort of state was she in?

Beat up. [...Pause, and a grunt] Well she's been in bad shape forever, but she'd ripped at her neck such that it was effecting the strength of her voice by now.

[...And then he falls silent for a moment before-]

[Rika stays quiet for a moment, nodding.]

... I'm sorry you had to see her like that.

Whatever. The important part is that I got her to calm down.

Good ... [pause] We need to keep a sharp lookout for her. She may be in the same state you last saw her in when she returns. And if that is the case ... There is a chance that she won't make any hint of her return on the journals.

Yeah, I hear that. I jog all the time anyway, but I might put on of the Brigaders on patrol for her.
