Attention people of Luceti! Some of of you might have seen our new advertising doll [not linked IC-ly] and with that might have expressed and interest in us, the infamous SOS-Brigade! In joining our ranks! Well, this is your chance! Speak up, and join our order!
We're the Spreading Excitement all Over the World with Haruki Suzumiya Brigade! The best club in Luceti or anywhere else for that matter!

I assume all my current Brigaders have met our newest member, Tear, by now, right? Good. Alright! Now let's move on to our next important line of business: all of you except for Shinpachi, Excellen, and Arthur because they're all old are hereby required to attend the school here once it starts. What's more, on the first day we're all going to be wearing a matching SOS-Brigade uniform! Suggestions for this uniform will be open at our next meeting! I'll then be forcing Shiki to make them all!
...Speaking of, has anyone seen Excel anywhere? Jeez.
